For all purposes in this Notice, the following definitions shall apply  : 

1). "Incorporation" shall mean Small World Tec Inc. and not other site as done by the webmaster. This is important as not to confuse the user with other web sites that are done by the webmaster too.

The Incorporation hereby known as Small World Tec Inc. is the exclusive owner of the trademark "Small World Tec"   and "Small World Tec Scripts" and are registered trademark  and other related materials is copyrighted. All files and materials features herein  are copyrighted, and remains  property of Small World Tec Inc.  and their  respective owners and/or contributors. Reproduction of any materials here in whole or in part in any form or any media without prior permission from the Incorporation or their respective owner is strictly prohibited. 

2). The contributors reserve all copyright to their respective contents that appeared in the Incorporation web site. All registered trademarks and logo are property of their respective owner(s). 

3). The Incorporation makes no representation about the suitability of the information contained in the documents and related graphics published on the Incorporation web site for any purpose. All such documents and related graphics are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. The Incorporation hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to these information, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 
 
4). In no event shall the Incorporation be liable for any special, indirect , or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from the loss of use, data, or profits, whether in an action of contract,negligence, or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of information available from the Incorporation. The contents and related graphics published on this web site may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically updated to the web site. The Incorporation may at any time make improvements, amendments in the service and/or documents described herein.

Small World Tec Net, Small World Tec, Small World Tec Scripts, and Small World Tec Inc. , and other names of the Incorporation product and/or services referenced herein are service marks,trademarks,or registered trademarks of Small World Tec Inc. or its owner(s). All other product ,service and company names mentioned herein are trademarks of their respective owners. Note that all company trademarks ,service marks, etc. are generally not included in online text message but are acknowledged and recognized by Small World Tec Inc. 

11). In no event will the Incorporation disclose any name , email, or other personal particulars given to us without limitation to any Updates registration, guest book entry, feedback form entry, forum message, email message or any informations involving any personal particulars. No name,email will be disclose unless with prior written permission from the party involved.
